Shape.Construction is digitising the construction industry with a growing marketing and product team. We’re seeking a demand-gen lead who owns the full funnel from cold outreach to booked demos, working with SDRs and sales to optimise the handoff.

You will own inbound and paid campaigns, build events and webinars, and justify spend with measurable ROI, aiming to scale pipeline and time-to-revenue across our construction-management platform.

Qualificações

• Experience building demand-gen engines and funnel analytics.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end campaigns across channels.
• Strong collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own inbound lead generation end to end and booked demos as core KPI.
• Run paid advertising as the primary engine for volume.
• Develop events, webinars, trade media, and content syndication.
• Own funnel conversion and handoff to sales; manage budget.
