THE/STUDIO is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead, execute, and scale our marketing engine end-to-end in a fully remote, independent contractor role. From day one, you will own growth channels, map the customer journey, and establish unified cross-channel messaging to drive strong lead generation and revenue.

The ideal candidate has 6–10+ years of growth marketing leadership, deep analytics, and a proven ability to scale teams in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

Qualificações

• 6–10+ years of digital/performance marketing leadership.
• Multi-Channel Mastery: SEO, Paid Media/PPC, Web, Content, Email.
• Data & Analytics: GA4, data modeling, dashboards.
• End-to-End Execution: strategy to execution in campaigns.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Scale the Marketing Engine and grow channels.
• Map and optimize the full user journey across touchpoints.
• Lead cross-channel growth across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Paid Social, SEO, lifecycle campaigns.
• Establish GA4 dashboards and attribution models within 3–6 months.
• Prioritize high-leverage growth opportunities and run experiments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Executives on revenue goals.
• Build lightweight processes and reporting cadences.
