Talkdesk is seeking a founding AI Deployment Strategist to act as a trusted consultant and AI thought leader for our most strategic customers, guiding them from discovery to deployment and value realization.

You will own the AI lifecycle, design and deploy agents, run executive workshops, and partner with product and engineering to shape the future of our AI platform while building scalable playbooks that drive measurable business impact.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in customer-facing, technical roles such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting.
• Consultative AI expertise with ability to educate customers on market trends and impact.
• Proven ownership of complex, ambiguous projects in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in Portuguese; Spanish or French a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the AI lifecycle from discovery to deployment and value realization.
• Act as the primary technical advisor and consultant for customers; lead workshops.
• Design, build, and iterate on AI agents with hands-on deployment.
• Develop deployment playbooks, best practices, and processes for scaling the program.
• Drive business impact by identifying high‑impact use cases that tie to business value.
