FH Collective Academy in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Dutch-speaking Team Leader to manage and support a customer service team on-site. You will lead daily operations and ensure high service levels, while communicating fluently in Dutch and English.

The role requires proven leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate a team in a dynamic environment. Rotational shifts between 09:00 and 22:00, Monday through Saturday, with on-site work only in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch and English are required.
• Proven experience in a Team Leader/leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
