Worldwiders Search and Selection in Lisbon invites Flemish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join its international team in Portugal. You will support customers of a leading home appliances brand by handling warranty-related inquiries via phone and email, delivering professional, customer-focused service, and contributing to first‑call resolution where possible.

This full-time role requires native or near-native Flemish, good communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Flemish language skills (C2)
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Basic computer literacy and user-level IT skills
• Experience in customer service or contact centre is a plus

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
• Assist customers with appliance warranty renewals
• Answer questions related to warranty coverage
• Support customers with issues regarding home appliances
• Deliver professional and customer-focused service
• Ensure accurate handling of customer cases and follow-up when needed
