CBT in Lisbon is seeking a Back-Office Customer Support Agent fluent in Dutch and English to join our international team. You will handle back-office workflows, manage customer cases, and deliver high-quality support for digital and connected services.

The role requires rotational shifts between 07:00 and 22:00, on-site work in Lisbon, and residency in or near Lisbon, Portugal. Competitive base pay with a monthly performance bonus is offered.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2+)
• Reside in Lisbon area and authorized to work locally
• Willing to work rotational shifts 07:00–22:00 Lisbon time

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily back-office support tasks and end-to-end case management.
• Process and resolve user requests for digital/connected services.
• Coordinate cross-functional updates to keep tickets resolved within SLA.
• Maintain clear, professional communication and detailed documentation in internal systems.
