Europcar is seeking a Junior Fleet Planning Analyst to support optimization of fleet rotation plans and data-driven decision making. The role involves assisting with planning and forecasting activities, and ensuring data quality for central and local teams.

The ideal candidate has a foundational background in fleet planning, analytics, and BI, with strong Excel and data visualization skills, and fluency in English.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years in Fleet planning, Data Analysis, BI, or controlling.

## **Job Description******POSITION TITLE******Junior Fleet Planning Analyst*****Reporting to Group Fleet Planning and Business Support Coordinator*******Main objectives:***** ****Support** fleet plans optimization by activity (Cars and Vans&Trucks) and categories, helping to plan infleets, defleets, and holding periods to align with demand plans and maximize utilization.*** ****Assist** in tracking, forecasting, and monitoring fleet costs at the brand, model, and category level*** ****Support** the deployment and operational maintenance of the central Fleet Planning tools in line with Group strategy (FAST and TARS)******MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY***** **Assist in the elaboration of optimized and attainable Fleet Rotation Plans** + **Support country teams in delivering localized data for the Fleet Rotation Plan according to Budget and Forecast timelines** + **Monitor data quality within the planning tool across activities and brands to ensure alignment with central RCM guidelines** + **Help compile and deliver consolidated Fleet Costs updates to local and central Finance teams** + **Track process controls to guarantee accuracy and stability during the monthly plan updates** + **Provide analytical visibility on the consolidated Rotation Plan to support regular presentations for the Fleet Committee*** **Support the structural operations of the central Fleet Planning Tool in line with central strategy** + **Monitor key metrics related to category/brand profitability, utilization rates, and financing requirements** + **Promote consistency of data entry methods and baseline reporting criteria across the analyst team** + **Strengthen documentation standards for core fleet planning practices and data pipelines** + **Collaborate with IT teams and external systems providers to maintain day-to-day application support*** **Share best practices and data insights across different country clusters** + **Actively participate in the Fleet Planners community to support central communication** + **Maintain structured communication lines with local Fleet analysts to coordinate plan execution** + **Consolidate local market and supply constraints to explain deviations behind the figures** + **Provide data-driven reporting support if misalignments occur between local and central forecasts******PERSONAL PROFILE OF POSITION HOLDER******Previous experiences:*** **1-3 years in Fleet planning, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or controlling*** **Initial experience within a corporate structure or localized planning operations environment is valued****Education level:*** **Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar fields****Knowledge of*** **Basic Data Management & Reporting principles*** **Familiarity with corporate data workflows and database layouts*** **Fleet Costs structures, TCO baselines & FCPU metrics and rental indicators, such as utilization, RPD, RPU definitions, are nice to have.****Computer skills:*** **Mastery of Excel and Google Suite applications*** **Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Qliksense)*** **Exposure to SAP BI or centralized consolidation systems is highly valued****Personal characteristics:*** **Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail*** **Proactive attitude towards delivering continuous improvements and business standardization*** **Strong collaborative capabilities for central and local network coordination****Languages:*** **Fluent English, Spanish is a plus******INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS***** **Internal:** + ****Countries**: Fleet Planners, Fleet Coordinators, Local Controlling & Finance teams** + ****Group**: Fleet Planning Manager, Central Controlling & Finance analysts, Central RCM team, PTO community, Central Fleet Ops (Sourcing, Remarketing support)*** **External:** + **External IT support / Fleet planning database service providers**
