AgileEngine is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager in Braga, Portugal, to lead the orchestration of a large-scale enterprise security program across distributed teams in the US, EU, LatAm, and India. You will coordinate cross-regional dependencies and drive alignment between engineering, security, and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing complex IT or Cybersecurity programs, strong stakeholder management skills, and expertise in Agile methodologies. This role offers flexibility and competitive compensation.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to orchestrate global delivery of a large-scale enterprise security program across distributed teams in the US, EU, LatAm, and India. You will align multiple workstreams, manage cross-regional dependencies, facilitate Agile execution across a 24×7 delivery model, and provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget, and milestone progress within a highly regulated financial services environment.

What You Will Do

• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods to ensure seamless 24×7 progression;
• Track delivery of discrete milestones, from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation;
• Identify and proactively resolve blockers spanning technical, operational, and resourcing domains;
• Provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple regions and workstreams;
• Drive alignment between engineering, security, and business objectives;
• Ensure delivery consistency, risk management, and operational excellence across the program.

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT or Cybersecurity programs;
• Expert application of scaled Agile frameworks within heavily regulated environments;
• Proven ability to independently manage teams across multiple products and projects;
• Experience coaching organizational leaders in Agile methodologies and providing expert guidance on project management practices;
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills;
• Experience managing budgets, delivery metrics, dependencies, and program risks;
• Upper-intermediate English level.

• Direct engineering background or strong technical understanding of DevSecOps pipelines;
