Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, insurance, benefits administration, or customer support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Clear written communication skills with stakeholders.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Responsabilités

• Handle new business administration and set up employer schemes.
• Facilitate application processing between employers, employees and insurers.
• Update CRM and internal systems with accuracy.
• Support scheme renewals with employers and providers to improve customer experience.
• Interact with customers as part of the support function and resolve issues.
