Job summary

act digital is seeking a FinOps professional to drive cloud financial management across AWS, Azure and GCP. You will implement governance, monitor costs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Architecture to optimize spend while preserving service quality.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, fluent English, and a hybrid Lisbon work arrangement (3 days onsite). Availability within 30 days is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in FinOps, cloud financial management or analysis.
• Strong hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP and their billing models.
• Understanding of cloud architectures and financial management.
• Experience with FinOps strategies, governance, cost allocation, chargeback and budgeting.
• Knowledge of Cloud Cost Optimization and cost-saving opportunities.
• Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting and visualization.
• Experience with IT Asset Management or cost accounting in IT.
• Knowledge of product finance processes.
• Fluent English and strong communication with technical and business teams.
• Hybrid in Lisbon, 3 days onsite; available within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Implement FinOps strategies and governance aligned with group standards.
• Monitor, analyze and optimize cloud costs across AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Drive cloud cost visibility and transparency across product lines.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost optimization targets.
• Analyze spending trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Architecture on cost optimizations.
• Develop cost tracking, reporting and automation tools.
• Use IBM Cloudability and provider tools for expenditure analysis.
• Produce financial and cloud cost dashboards and presentations.
