Job summary

Hexa People is seeking a Financial Reporting Specialist in Lisbon to support regulatory liquidity reporting for an investment banking client in an international environment. You will work with Finance, Treasury and Risk teams to ensure timely submissions and data integrity.

The role requires a degree in a related field, 2+ years in financial or regulatory reporting within banking, and strong Excel skills. English proficiency is essential, and the position is on-site in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Good command of English.
• At least 2 years' professional experience in accounting, financial reporting or regulatory reporting in banking.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards and banking prudential regulation; exposure to LCR/NSFR/ALMM valued.
• Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to collaborate under deadlines.

• Analyse regulatory developments and support the implementation of new reporting requirements.
• Produce financial and treasury management information, including responses to regulators, auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of reporting data through reconciliations, controls and monitoring of securities, collateral and treasury-related transactions.

Profile

• Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Good command of English
• At least 2 years' professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting or related functions within the banking sector.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards and banking prudential regulations; exposure to LCR, NSFR or ALMM is highly valued.
