Job summary

Hexa People is seeking a Financial Reporting Specialist in Lisbon to support regulatory liquidity reporting for an investment banking client in an international environment. You will work with Finance, Treasury and Risk teams to ensure timely submissions and data integrity.

The role requires a degree in a related field, 2+ years in financial or regulatory reporting within banking, and strong Excel skills. English proficiency is essential, and the position is on-site in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Good command of English.
• At least 2 years' professional experience in accounting, financial reporting or regulatory reporting in banking.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards and banking prudential regulation; exposure to LCR/NSFR/ALMM valued.
• Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to collaborate under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and monitor regulatory liquidity reporting (LCR, NSFR, ALMM).
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Risk and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory submissions.
• Analyse regulatory developments and implement new reporting requirements.
• Produce financial and treasury management information for regulators, auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of reporting data through reconciliations and controls of treasury-related transactions.
