Signal AI, the AI-powered platform for corporate reputation and risk intelligence, is hiring a Finance Associate to own the day-to-day operations of the finance team. You will connect with customers, suppliers, and internal teams with precision and clarity as we scale the business.

Day-to-day duties include billing and collections, accounts inbox management, month-end accruals, and reviewing quotes for finance approval, with a focus on improving processes and supporting audits.

Qualificações

• Understanding of accruals basis and why it matters.
• Attention to detail when processing financial records and bookings.
• Comfort communicating with suppliers and customers in a professional manner.
• Ability to identify and implement improvements to finance processes while staying organized.

Responsabilidades

• Billing and collections for customers, monitoring credit control to reduce days to collect.
• Ownership of the group finance inbox, managing supplier relationships and routing complex queries to the right team.
• Employee expenses processing and posting month-end accruals.
• Review of commercial quotes for finance approval; advise Sales/CSS on margins.
• Updating NetSuite with sales orders details.
• Management of Fixed Asset register, recording purchases and disposals.
• Assistance on group audit.
• Ad-hoc projects like updating internal Wiki or automating processes.
