Critical Software seeks a strategic Head of Finance & Performance to partner with the CFO and own company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will shape how the high-growth tech group runs its finances, challenge plans, and drive AI-enabled automation within the finance function.

You'll oversee cross-functional reporting, contract risk checks, and tax compliance while partnering with senior leaders to push the business toward better financial clarity and accountability.

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Solid experience in senior finance roles in multi-entity or fast-moving environments.
• Strong knowledge of SNC/IFRS and Portuguese taxation (IRC, VAT, IRS).
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own company budget and performance reporting; track variances and present clear pictures to senior management.
• Partner with business-area leaders on budgets and forecasts; test assumptions and raise the bar.
• Identify financial risks early and propose paths to resolution.
• Vet major client and supplier contracts for margin protection and risk.
• Oversee statutory close and IFRS reporting; ensure tax compliance.
