Critical Software seeks a Head of Finance & Performance to lead the company budget, performance reporting, and financial strategy across a fast-growing tech group. You will shape forecasting, challenge budgets, and ensure rigorous IFRS compliance, while integrating AI-driven efficiency across finance processes.

You will partner with senior leaders across sales, delivery and support, act as a financial advisor to management, and oversee audits, taxation, and major contracts.

Qualificações

• 10–15+ years in finance, with senior-level experience in multi-entity or fast-moving environment.
• Strong knowledge of SNC/IFRS and Portuguese taxation (IRC, VAT, IRS).
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI or similar).
• Experience in a tech, multi-entity or international group is an advantage; international experience is a must.
• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI/agent-based tools in a finance context.

Responsabilidades

• Own company budget and performance reporting and track variances across business areas.
• Partner with business-area leaders on budgets and forecasts; test assumptions and raise the bar.
• Identify financial risks early and provide recommended paths.
• Oversee financial checks on major contracts and protect margin; flag risks.
• Drive AI and automation agenda inside finance—identify where agents can take on workload.
