Signal AI, the AI-powered platform for corporate reputation and risk intelligence, is seeking a Finance Associate to own day-to-day finance operations, including billing, collections, and supplier relations. You will connect with customers, suppliers, and internal teams with precision and clarity as we scale the business.

As we roll out new processes and systems, you will help drive month-end activities, assist on audits, and partner with Sales and Customer Success to improve margins on quotes

Qualificações

• Understanding of accruals basis and why it matters.
• Strong attention to detail when processing financial records.

Responsabilidades

• Billing and collections for customers, monitoring credit control.
• Ownership of the group finance inbox and supplier relationships.
• Expense processing and posting month-end accruals.
• Review of commercial quotes for finance approval and margin advice.
• Updating NetSuite with sales orders and managing Fixed Asset register.
• Assistance on group audit and ad-hoc process improvements.
