Job summary

Ardmac in Portugal is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financial management of the industrial unit, delivering reliable information, ensuring compliance, budgeting, treasury, and financial operations to support profitability and strategic decisions.

You will lead a Finance team, drive cost control, reporting, every month-end close, and interact with operations, commercial, and group finance. Fluency in English and ERP experience (Business Central preferred) are required.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related field.
7–10 years of experience in Finance, with at least 3 years in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in financial management, treasury, controlling, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee all financial activities of the industrial unit, including accounting, treasury, taxation, credit control, and management controlling.
Ensure compliance with Group financial policies, accounting standards, and internal procedures.
Lead the preparation, monitoring, and periodic review of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
Ensure accurate cost allocation and monitor budget variances, proposing corrective actions where required.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
