Job summary

Side is seeking a Finance Manager in Braga to own hands-on accounting, deliver reliable month-end results, and partner with operational leaders across our international finance team.

You will manage month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, and ensure accurate financial data in Dynamics 365 while supporting group consolidation and external reporting. This role suits an experienced Senior Accountant or Finance Manager who enjoys both detailed accounting and business partnering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or CA/CPA equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end and year-end close processes with journals and supporting docs.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Manage intercompany balances and consolidations in line with Group policies.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to operational leaders and assist budgeting/forecasting.
• Verify payroll data and support payroll processes; explore in-house payroll options.
