Job summary

Quion, a leading mortgage servicing provider in the Netherlands, is expanding its international IT Change team and seeking an Application Specialist Finance to join the Porto office. You will support finance applications, ensure stability, and collaborate with Finance and IT staff to deliver high‑quality services.

The role offers a hybrid work model in Matosinhos, Porto, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic financial services environment and a competitive salary including a meal allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business informatics, finance, economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in ICT, application management or project/change environments.
• Experience with incident, change and problem management processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain finance‑related applications and services.
• Ensure application stability and alignment with business needs.
• Implement new functionalities and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Finance stakeholders, Business Analysts, Developers and IT Operations.
• Support delivery of high‑quality services across Porto and the Netherlands.
