Roche Diagnostics Portugal is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair high-tech laboratory equipment across Lisbon and the South region. You will troubleshoot on-site, train customers, and support Roche CRM documentation to boost satisfaction.

The role requires a degree in engineering, IT/network knowledge, and fluency in Portuguese and English, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Residency in the Lisbon area and a driving license are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (preferred electronics, mechanical or related).
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English; capable of engaging with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain and repair high-tech laboratory equipment at customer sites.
• Perform site visits for troubleshooting, training and follow-ups.
• Document calls and activities in Roche CRM system and contribute to customer loyalty.
