TSMG is seeking an experienced Field Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager to support the day-to-day execution of a large-scale field project in Portugal. You will coordinate field operations, support team members, and ensure smooth project delivery.

The role requires strong organizational and people-management skills, experience managing distributed teams, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. This is a long-term, international project with dynamic challenges.

Formación

• Experience in operations, project coordination, or project management.
• Strong people management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate daily operations, schedules, reporting, and escalations.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day field operations throughout the project.
• Manage communication with distributed field teams.
• Organize team schedules, assignments, and activities.
• Monitor project progress, attendance, task completion, and KPIs.
• Collect and maintain operational reports and data.
• Identify issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Support field team with operational questions.
• Ensure processes and requirements are followed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain records using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Identify operational risks and propose solutions.
• Adapt to changing project requirements.
