Sodexo is seeking a Global Transition Lead within its SBS Portugal team to coordinate mobilization and demobilization programs across GSA markets. You will design and deploy best-in-class business processes, guidelines, and training modules to ensure consistent, risk-managed outcomes.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder influence, and the ability to travel extensively, with a hybrid working model and international assignments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in operational or support functions in the service industry.
• Ability to travel extensively when a project requires it.
• Strong project management experience and the ability to draw upon global resources.
• Ability to influence without hierarchical authority over multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Has awareness of continuous improvement tools such as Lean Management.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate deployment of global bids and mobilization strategy for GSA.
• Lead development of the bid support and mobilization framework and toolkit.
• Define deployment methodology and KPI measures for deployment success.
• Provide dedicated project management and support for strategic contracts deployment.
• Collaborate with country teams to tailor bid support and mobilization strategies.
• Coordinate global subject matter expert inputs to build processes and tools.
