Job summary

Konecta Portugal is seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across projects and international markets, attracting top talent through proactive sourcing and innovative strategies.

In this role, you will interview candidates, screen applicants, and collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs while driving KPI-based recruitment in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within BPO or Contact Centre environments.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive, organised and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and work under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different projects and international markets.
• Identifying and attracting talent through proactive sourcing and creative recruitment strategies.
• Conducting interviews, screening candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Working closely with Hiring Managers and Operations to understand recruitment needs and priorities.
• Managing recruitment pipelines, monitoring KPIs and ensuring hiring targets are met.
• Supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns in a dynamic BPO environment.
