CBRE Portugal is seeking a Facilities Associate to oversee team activities coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed efficiently. You will support the Facility Manager with repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects, review work orders for accuracy, and help manage data and reports to inform management decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Primary contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants and service providers.
• Allocate work orders and schedule repairs from requests.
• Review data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress status reports to management.
• Review all work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors for accuracy and compliance.
• Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations.
• Events Coordination.
• Fix minor malfunctions in office equipment.
• Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve problems with little precedent.
• Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
• Suggest improvements to processes to boost operational efficiency.
• Support reception services and act as backup during faults and holidays.
• Support the Facilities Coordinator on FM activities.
