You will supervise staff, schedule daily activities, coordinate repairs, and manage budgets while ensuring client satisfaction and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes leadership, vendor management, and cost controls, with focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency within CBRE RISE values.

Qualificações

• What candidates must have: 3-5 years of relevant experience; valid driver's license; degree or equivalent.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, measuring and rewarding performance and retention.
• Ability to convey complex information and set performance expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and develop staff; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Plan and manage daily team activities and schedules.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and resolve facility issues.
• Prepare budgets and track variances for capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulations.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing.
