CBRE Portugal seeks a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for overseeing building operations across a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium buildings. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and coordinate repairs with vendors to ensure optimal performance.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, and FM certification preferred. You will drive cost control, safety adherence, and client satisfaction while modeling CBRE’s values.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in facilities management.
  • Valid driver’s license required; FM certification preferred.
  • Experience leading teams and managing vendor relations.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide formal supervision to employees and coach performance.
  • Schedule and manage daily activities, set deadlines, and cross-train staff.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
  • Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on issues.
  • Prepare and manage capital projects and operating budgets.
  • Perform facility inspections and suggest improvements for efficiency.
  • Oversee vendor invoicing and procurement processes.
