Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Operations Manager in Castelo Branco, Portugal to define and implement operational procedures, oversee third-party providers and ensure safety, maintenance and compliance across the property portfolio.

You will monitor performance, develop budgets, and coordinate tenant-related operations while driving sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency. Fluency in Portuguese and English is expected.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or similar.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in building operations, facilities management, or similar environments.
• Experience in retail, shopping centres or high-footfall assets is valued.
• Good understanding of building systems and operational compliance requirements.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Sustainability/ESG initiatives experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement operational procedures and ensure training of teams and service providers.
• Define operational goals and KPIs, monitor performance and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate and oversee third-party service providers (Security, Maintenance, Cleaning, Landscaping).
• Plan and programme operational activities and preventive maintenance programmes.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, health & safety, fire safety and management systems.
