Job summary

The role requires five to seven years in Hospitality or F&B, with two years in management, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Five to seven years in Hospitality Management or F&B Operations.
• Two years of managerial experience.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant operations, including opening/closing, maintenance, shifts, and coordination with purchasing.
• Monitor food preparation/presentation to uphold brand standards.
• Ensure service standards and health and safety regulations are followed.
• Handle customer complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Manage stock, inventory, and promotional activities to meet targets and reduce loss.
• Develop annual or seasonal business plans and budgets to optimize profit.
