Bosch Service Solutions em Lisboa procura um profissional de Recrutamento para desenvolver estratégias de recrutamento, gerir o processo end-to-end e atrair talentos para posições estratégicas.

Também será responsável pela Employer Branding, representando a Bosch em eventos, feiras e iniciativas técnicas, mantendo relações de confiança com candidatos e Hiring Managers para sustentar as necessidades de contratação.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Management, or similar.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Interest and ability to learn IT related topics.
• Collaborative team player in multinational environments.
• Proactive and solution oriented mindset.
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving.

• Develop recruitment strategies with the Talent Acquisition team.

Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Recruitment Strategy:

• Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team;
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job description creation, requirement definition, and candidate assessment through interviews;
• Conduct Active Sourcing activities using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and attract top talent for strategic positions;

Employer Branding:

• Represent Bosch at external events such as job fairs, conferences, tech talks, and other recruitment and tech-related initiatives;

Stakeholders & Candidates Management:

• Build trusting relationships with candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand open roles and effectively suggest potential candidates.

Qualifications
