Job summary

Bosch Service Solutions S.A. in Lisbon inviting a curious Extracurricular Internship – Talent Acquisition & Sourcer to join the team. You will support recruitment strategies, create job descriptions, assess candidates, and conduct active sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter.

You will collaborate with Hiring Managers and represent Bosch at events, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and exposure to IT-related topics in a multinational, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Management, or similar.
• Interest and ability to learn IT related topics.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job description to interviews.
• Conduct active sourcing to identify and attract top talent.
• Represent Bosch at external events like job fairs and tech talks.
• Build relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers throughout the process.

Your contribution to something big:

Recruitment Strategy:

• Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team;
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job description creation, requirement definition, and candidate assessment through interviews;
• Conduct Active Sourcing activities using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and attract top talent for strategic positions;

Employer Branding:

• Represent Bosch at external events such as job fairs, conferences, tech talks, and other recruitment and tech-related initiatives;

Stakeholders & Candidates Management:

• Build trusting relationships with candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand open roles and effectively suggest potential candidates.

• Degree on Human Resources, Social Sciences, Management, or similar;
