Bosch Aveiro is seeking a motivated intern to support production system implementation and continuous improvement activities. The role focuses on aligning shopfloor processes with S/4 Hana and exploring AI enhancements for the S/4 HANA platform.

The candidate should have an engineering or related degree, strong data analytics skills, and proficiency with Excel and Power BI. Hybrid work, 12-month duration, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualificações

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Experience in data analytics and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI and basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and CI methodologies.
• Good communication skills in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Interest in working close to shopfloor and operational processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and development of Bosch Production System (BPS) principles and standards across the manufacturing area.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) and Kaizen activities to improve Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
• Understand the current physical process and align it with S/4 Hana System and identify improvements between physical and informatic process.
• Support in the implementation of AI for S/4 HANA System.
• Support in the identification and structure to automate manual steps in the system.
