Bosch Group in Aveiro offers an extracurricular internship in Purchasing Quality Reporting. You will develop, update, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and databases, and contribute to PME dashboard evaluations for organization maturity.

The role includes testing and improving dashboards, creating AI-assisted training videos with Synthesia, archiving legacy systems, and drafting process descriptions. Portuguese and English fluency required, with collaboration across international teams.

Qualificações

• Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Professional MS Office.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, VBA and IT tools in general.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking and proactive approach.
• Ability to collaborate in international and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, update and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and databases.
• Develop PME Dashboard for maturity evaluation of the whole organization.
• Test, enhance and improve existing dashboards.
• Create training videos with AI using Synthesia tool.
• Archive Legacy ISIR or PAPSO in the IT systems.
• Support the development and description of processes, flowcharts and work instructions.
