Bosch Home Comfort Aveiro invites a Production System & Data Analytics intern to join our manufacturing and R&D teams. You will support the implementation of Bosch Production System, participate in continuous improvement activities, and help align physical processes with the S/4 Hana system.

The role emphasizes data analytics, Excel and Power BI skills, and collaboration with engineering and operations. A 12-month full‑time internship offers hands‑on learning in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Mechanical Engineering, or Management.
• Experience in data analytics and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; knowledge of Lean and CI methodologies.
• Good communication in English and Portuguese; structured problem‑solving.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and development of Bosch Production System (BPS).
• Participate in CI and Kaizen activities to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Understand current processes and align with S/4 Hana; identify improvements.
• Assist in implementing AI for S/4 Hana system; help automate steps.

Your contribution to something big:

• Support the implementation and development of Bosch Production System (BPS) principles and standards across the manufacturing area;
• Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) and Kaizen activities to improve Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery;
• Understand the current physical process and align it with S/4 Hana System and identify improvements between physical and informatic process;
• Support in the implementation of AI for S/4 HANA System;
• Support in the identification and structure to automate manual steps in the system.

What distinguishes you:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or a related field;
• Experience in data analytics and continuous improvement;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI and basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies;
• Good communication skills in English and Portuguese,both written and spoken;
• Structured and analytical approach to problem‑solving;
• Interest in working close to the shopfloor and operational processes.
