Qualifications

• Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou área técnica relacionada.
• Compreensão de arquitetura de aplicações web e desenvolvimento.
• Conhecimento em linguagens de programação, especialmente .NET Framework, C# e Javascript, é uma mais‑valia; conhecimento em PowerBI, Automate e Bancos de Dados também.
• Boas competências de comunicação em Inglês e Português.

Responsibilities

• Colaborar com as partes interessadas para entender necessidades e identificar tecnologias apropriadas.
• Auxiliar na estruturação e facilitação de sessões de trabalho.
• Traduzir desafios de negócio em casos de uso práticos.
• Treinar usuários internos no novo processo digitalizado.
• Explorar tecnologias emergentes de IA no ambiente Bosch.
• Contribuir para o design e desenvolvimento interno de agentes de IA e automação de processos.
• Testar funcionalidade, usabilidade e adequação aos processos específicos.
• Documentar resultados, coletar feedback de usuários e apoiar a melhoria contínua.

Job Description

As an intern in Process Digitalization and Automation, you will support the team in identifying opportunities to simplify and improve business processes through digital solutions.

Your contribution to something big:

• Collaborate with process stakeholders to understand their needs and with the team identify the appropriate technologies to be used;
• Help structure and facilitate working sessions;
• Translate business challenges into practical use cases;
• Train the internal end-user in the new digitalized process;
• Exploring emerging AI technologies in Bosch's environment;
• Contributing to the design and internal development of AI agents and process automation;
• Testing their functionality, usability, and suitability for specific processes;
• Document findings, gather user feedback, and support the continuous improvement and adoption of the solutions developed

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• High degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field;
• Understanding of web application architecture and development;
• Knowledge in programming languages, particularly .NET framework, C# and Javascript is an advantage and knowledge in other digital tools (PowerBI, Automate and Databases);
• Good communication skills both in English and Portuguese;
• Results-oriented mindset, a proactive attitude and a structured way of working.
