Qualifications

• Estudante de licenciatura ou mestrado em Engenharia Industrial, Economia, Relações Internacionais ou área relacionada (estágio curricular)
• Bom conhecimento de Excel e PowerPoint
• Fluente em inglês
• Fortes competências analíticas e organizacionais
• Boas habilidades de comunicação e interação com stakeholders
• Atitude proativa e vontade de aprender num ambiente internacional

Responsibilities

• Apoiar compradores de embalagens na gestão diária de relações com fornecedores
• Preparar pedidos de cotação (RFQ), assegurando a recolha e follow-up de propostas
• Analisar cotações recebidas, contribuindo para comparação e avaliação de ofertas
• Apoiar negociações de preço com fornecedores, focando competitividade de custos
• Preparar e organizar documentação necessária para processos de leilão e outras iniciativas de compras

Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

• Support Packaging Buyers in the day-to-day management of supplier relationships;
• Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs), ensuring the collection and follow-up of supplier proposals;
• Analyze received quotations, contributing to the comparison and evaluation of different supplier offers;
• Support price negotiation processes with suppliers, focusing on cost competitiveness;
• Prepare and organize the documentation required for auction processes and other purchasing initiatives.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Undergraduate or Master's student in Industrial Engineering, Economics, International Relations, or a similar field (mandatory curricular internship);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluent in English (mandatory requirement);
• Strong analytical and organizational skills;
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders;
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in an international environment.
