Qualifications

• Formação académica em Gestão de Empresas, Economia ou área similar.
• Conhecimento de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) e SAP (valor acrescentado).
• Bons conhecimentos analíticos e método de trabalho estruturado.
• Fluência em Inglês.
• Boas competências sociais e de comunicação.

Responsibilities

• Tarefas de compras comerciais, como seleção de fornecedores, solicitações de mercado (RfQ) e comparação de cotações (CoQ) com base em requisitos de Custo Total de Propriedade (TCO).
• Apoio no processo de negociação com fornecedores em conjunto com compradores.
• Revisão de capacidade de planeamento em fornecedores e volumes de planeamento de negócios.
• Identificar, implementar, rever e apoiar medidas com impacto no custo de materiais diretos, incluindo reduções de custo.

Job Description

Your contribution to something big

• Commercial purchasing tasks such as supplier selection, market requests (RfQ), comparison of quotations (CoQ) based on total cost of ownership (TCO) requirements;
• Support on suppliers’ negotiation process together with buyers;
• Review capacity planning at suppliers and business planning volumes;
• Actively identify, implement, review and support all measures with impact on direct material cost development; incl.cost savings both technically and commercially.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Academic degree in Business Management, Economics, or similar area;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP (plus);
• Good analytical skills and a structured way of working;
• Fluent in English;
• High level of social and communication skills.
