A logistics company is seeking Full Time Cargo Office Agents to join their team in Faro, Portugal. The role involves maintaining inventory, accepting cargo shipments, and ensuring a clean and safe office environment. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, customer service experience, and proficiency in English. Physical capability to lift moderate weights is required. This position involves working in a 24-HOUR operation covering various shifts.

Qualificações

• Must be organized.
• Must be customer service minded.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30-50lbs, and occasionally 70lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30-50lbs and on occasion 70lbs with some assistance.
• High school diploma preferred
• Valid Driver’s License highly preferred but not required.
• Work experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Good working knowledge of warehouse data systems
• Solid communication skills and inventory skills
• Prior knowledge of dangerous goods shipments preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check with U.S. Customs and Immigration.

We are looking for Full Time Cargo Office Agents to join our team! Direct hire!

IMPORT SHIFTS: 7AM-3:30PM

EXPORT SHIFTS: 6:00AM-2:30PM AND 2:00PM-10:30PM

MON through Sunday 24-HOUR Operation

Export Agent Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory of products; restock as needed
• Work with and accept cargo freight shipments from truck drivers.
• Inspect cargo for damages; report as needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly office environment
• Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures
• Manifesting cargo shipments for domestic and international flights.

Requirements

Warehouse Associate Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be organized.
• Must be customer service minded.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30-50lbs and on occasion 70lbs with some assistance.
• High school diploma preferred
• Valid Driver’s License highly preferred but not required.
• Work experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
