Job summary

EDP and MAAT seek a communications project manager on a short-term basis (maternity leave) for about 8 months in Lisbon, Portugal. You will coordinate end-to-end production of exhibition materials, campaigns and brand activations, liaising with curatorial, production, design teams, artists, partners and suppliers.

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operational marketing, communications production, BTL/trade marketing or project management in an agency.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and rigour.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of exhibition materials, campaigns and brand activations.
• Build and maintain production schedules, coordinating with curatorial, production and communications teams.
• Oversee internal and external approvals, brief designers, agencies and suppliers.
• Coordinate logistics, budgets and vendor management, ensuring timely delivery and cost control.
