Job summary

Sharing Group in Lisbon, Portugal, on-site, is seeking a creative, highly organized graphic designer to manage and execute marketing materials from concept to completion.

You will design across print and digital channels, collaborate with executive leadership, and drive brand consistency while leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate production. English and Portuguese proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design work.
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Canva and other modern creative platforms.
• Strong understanding of print production and digital design.
• Ability to manage creative projects from concept to delivery.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Personally design and produce marketing materials across print and digital channels.
• Ensure consistency and high visual standards across brands.
• Use AI-powered creative tools to improve workflows and production.
• Take ownership of marketing campaigns from briefing to production and launch.
• Oversee production of printed materials, signage and merchandise.
• Coordinate supplier quotations and monitor project budgets.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Identify requirements, anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
• Design and coordinate newsletters and email marketing communications.
• Support preparation of corporate presentations and announcements.
