Zumub is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to coordinate and deliver high-impact strategic initiatives. The role reports to the CEO and collaborates with multiple departments and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.

The ideal candidate has a degree in business or engineering, 3+ years in strategy or project management, and strong analytical, leadership, and multitasking abilities. On-site in Cacém–Sintra with one hybrid day per week.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business/Engineering or similar field; MBA is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role or in consultancy, project management or business strategy.
• Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and solve challenging issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Leadership and the ability to work cross-functionally and autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, plan, execute, and deliver strategic projects essential to the organization.
• Identify, analyze, and address critical issues across departments.
• Lead planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects with department heads and the C-suite.
• Produce evidence-based insights for strategy formulation.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently; contribute to long-term direction.
