Zumub is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to report to the CEO and drive planning, execution, and delivery of key strategic initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate with department leaders and external consultants, manage timelines and budgets, and help define the company’s long-term direction while delivering tangible business impact.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, management consulting, project management, or business strategy.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively across departments, both independently and collaboratively.

"The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic projects that are critical to the organization. This role requires close collaboration with multiple departments, as well as interaction with external consultants and stakeholders whenever necessary.

ROLE:
