Zumub in Portugal seeks a Junior Strategic Project Manager on-site in Cacém-Sintra, with one remote day weekly, reporting to Senior PMs or C-level executives to lead key strategic initiatives.

"The Junior Strategic Project Manager will report directly to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C-Level executives and will be responsible for leading the initiation, planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects that are critical to the organization. This role will involve collaborating with multiple departments within the organization, as well as potentially working with external consultants and stakeholders."

ROLE:

• Work closely with department heads and the C-suite to ensure organizational efforts are aligned with strategic goals
• Produce data-driven insights to support strategy formulation
• Identify and address critical issues facing the company across departments;
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
