Zumub is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to coordinate and deliver high-impact strategic initiatives. The role reports to the CEO and collaborates with multiple departments and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.

The ideal candidate has a degree in business or engineering, 3+ years in strategy or project management, and strong analytical, leadership, and multitasking abilities. On-site in Cacém–Sintra with one hybrid day per week.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business/Engineering or similar field; MBA is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role or in consultancy, project management or business strategy.
• Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and solve challenging issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Leadership and the ability to work cross-functionally and autonomously.

"The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for the coordination, planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects that are essential to the organization. This role will involve collaborating with various departments within the organization, as well as potentially working with external consultants and stakeholders."\
