Zumub seeks a Strategic Initiatives Specialist to report to the CEO and drive strategic projects that shape the company’s direction. You will coordinate multi-department efforts, manage timelines and budgets, and produce data-driven insights for executive decision-making.

The role calls for 3+ years in strategy, consulting, or project management, with strong analytical and leadership skills. On-site in Cacém‑Sintra, with scope for one remote day per week.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• MBA is desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, or in consultancy, project management, or business strategy.
• Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and tackle complex problems effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle several projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across different functions.
