Zumub is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to report to the CEO and drive strategic initiatives from inception to completion. You will work closely with multiple departments and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with critical priorities and business goals.

The role requires analyzing issues, leading projects, and delivering data-backed recommendations. On-site in Cacém – Sintra with one remote day per week, offering professional development and a competitive package.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA highly valued.
• 3+ years in a similar role, consultancy, project management, or business strategy.
• Strong strategic reasoning and complex problem-solving abilities.

ROLE:

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment while overseeing several projects at once;


• Strong leadership abilities and capacity to work independently and across different functions.
