AUMOVIO is seeking a Managing Director to lead the strategic integration across automotive business areas with a focus on operational excellence in QCAD. You will manage revenue, costs, and capital expenditure while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing with senior plant leadership, plus strong leadership and compliance with automotive standards. Portuguese corporate knowledge and multi-language abilities are valued.

Competenze

Proven experience leading manufacturing operations with full P&L responsibility.
Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
Fluent Portuguese and business English; German a plus.

Mansioni

Own plant P&L and budget with accountability for revenue, EBIT/EBITDA, productivity and working capital.
Translate corporate objectives into plant-level strategies for profitability and customer satisfaction.
Lead Technology Roadmap implementation for capacity expansion and Industry 4.0 readiness.
Develop leadership, succession planning and a high-performance culture.
Represent the company in industry committees and ensure regulatory compliance.
