AUMOVIO seeks a GRC Specialist to enhance risk management and internal controls across a global automotive organisation. You will evolve RMS/ICS, transform data into insights, and drive improvements with stakeholders across regions.

Based in Porto, you will act as a Business Key User for the GRC platform, develop dashboards, support governance reporting, and promote a strong risk and control culture through training and collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in GRC or related domains.
• Strong IT and business application background with an understanding of tech-enabled processes.
• Experience with enterprise applications, GRC platforms, or workflow solutions.
• Hands-on experience in system configuration or customization and in testing or user support.
• Experience developing digital workflows, dashboards, or analytics.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical configurations and reports.
• Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI, KNIME, SQL preferred.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Support the operation and continuous improvement of RMS and ICS for assigned areas.
• Assist in risk assessments and internal control activities, defining mitigations.
• Collect, analyze, and prepare risk and control information for reporting.
• Prepare risk and internal control reports and governance documentation.
• Act as Business Key User for the GRC platform (Corporater).
• Support development and maintenance of digital workflows, dashboards, analytics in GRC.
• Participate in governance projects to strengthen processes.
• Deliver user support and training for risk management and GRC tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions to standardize controls.
• Foster risk culture through awareness and continuous improvement activities.
