Quinta da Comporta Wellness Boutique Hotel in Portugal seeks a customer-focused front desk assistant for a six-month contract. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/out, handle reservations, and respond to requests with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Ideal candidates have strong English, good organizational skills, and teamwork spirit. Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a plus; French is a bonus. On-site position with meals, transportation, and health insurance after six months.

Qualificações

6 months contract.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the welcoming and overall customer service experience, carrying out check-in and check-out;
• Handle accommodation reservations and follow up on related requests;
• Respond to customer requests and any complaints;
• Manage reservations andcancellations through the hotel's platforms;
• Work closely withthe entire team;
• Report any issuesidentified in your service or involving a guest to your supervisor;
• Support other departments whenever necessary.
