Quinta da Comporta Wellness Boutique Hotel in Grândola is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping operation and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee the team across guest rooms, villas and public areas, managing daily operations, quality control, VIP preparations and special requests.

You will implement SOPs, manage schedules, stock and linen, and collaborate with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Qualificações

• Solid housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel.
• Proven experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong operational, organisational and quality‑control skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Leading, organising and developing the Housekeeping team.
• Ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.
• Overseeing room inspections, arrivals, departures and turndown.
• Implementing and maintaining Housekeeping SOPs and quality standards.
• Managing schedules, staffing, stock, linen and departmental administration.
• Working closely with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and team development.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Preparing the department for quality audits and inspections.
