Main Responsibilities
- Support the Works Directorate in the daily planning and management of the project;
- Support actions related to the execution, preparation, coordination/supervision, and control of works or tasks, according to drawings, executive project, and defined activity programs;
- Analyze in detail the technical conditions for the correct planning and coordination of the works, in conjunction with the responsible Superintendent;
- Support the Supervisor in the management of human and mechanical resources allocated to the work fronts, according to the work plan defined by the Works Director;
- Preparation and support in the preparation of production methodologies;
- Support in the preparation of measurement reports and price revisions for Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Clients;
- Registration and control of team attendance on site;
- Management of project logistics, including management of rentals, leases, consumption, and associated services;
- Support in the maintenance and organization of the warehouse, control of material entry and exit;
- General administrative support to the works;
- Update of costs in the PCC (Product Control Plan) based on accounting data;
- Preparation and participation in monthly cost closing meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum academic background: High School Diploma (preferred);
- Professional experience in Civil Construction and/or Railway Construction;
- Practical and theoretical knowledge in the construction area (roads, systems or similar works);
- Knowledge of Safety, Environment and Quality in Construction.
